MATCHER
MATCHER is essential for the application of AERO-F and AERO-S to a multi-physics analysis. It enables these two computational modules to properly exchange aerodynamic, elastodynamic, and thermal data across non-matching discrete fluid/structure interfaces. More specifically, MATCHER pairs each wet structural/thermal element with a fluid entity (cell, control volume, or element). It performs this task in a one-time pre-processing step.
